Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback via email or at 901-221-4024. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours, Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm CST. Please note that inquiries sent on non-business days will receive a reply the next business day, but possibly sooner.

Can I get an invoice for a previous order?

Yes, you can download an invoice for a previous order in My Account or contact us with the order number and we can email you a copy of your invoice.

Shipping

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Where do your products ship from?

Most of our products ship from our warehouse in Memphis, TN.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Credit refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item. In most cases the return shipping fee is $10 - unless we made a mistake on your order and then the return shipping fee is waived.

What's your warranty?

Most GreatNeck items come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. For more details on our warranties, go to the Warranty Policy tab.

If I purchases a product from a store or other online retailer, do you still warranty it?

Yes, we warranty our products regardless of where or when you bought them. However, if you are only returning a tool you no longer want, you should return it to the retailer you bought it from.

If you wish to make a warranty claim for product you purchased from GreatNeckTools.com, you may submit a warranty claim from this website by going to the Warranty Policy tab.

Can I be set up to sell your tools?

We do not sell products on GreatNeckTools.com to distributors. However, if you are interested in learning how to become a authorized seller, please contact us.

Do you sell my information to third parties?
